IL VINO CHE NON C'ERA 2019 is dedicated to the territory from which it was born! The name is due to the fact that we not
had never produced it (it wasn't in MonteRosola) but it is also linked to Volterra. Think bout the Amphitheatre
reported on the label: “it wasn't there” and you didn't know it could really be there until you found it.
So in a certain sense also the wine, because until about 20 years ago there was no concept of quality wine but
only the production of wine for family consumption.
This wine is the synthesis of the essence of MonteRosola, the sum of all the red grapes grown and so the sum
of all its diversity of which it is composed.
It also brings us back to the origins of MonteRosola because until the harvest 2008 our bottles had
the vertical label with the colors Red and Black.

REFINEMENT IN BOTTLE: at least 12 months
