Fall Library Release

Ten years in and nearly at its prime, 2015 Canto delle Civetta is showing the full potential for Merlot in the Volterra region. This wine predates the large concrete tanks we currently use  for the fermentation stage, so it is both fermented and matured in barrel. The  result is a serious wine that maintains the floral and red fruit opulence we love about Merlot. The 2015 shows  the unmistakable added layer of  earthy notes that only age can provide. Ready to drink and a perfect bottle for cold weather and holiday feasts!
